At Sky High Sports, we take the security of our clients very seriously, without you, we wouldn't have a business! We have ensured that we have go beyond the required industry standards, and by doing so have rigorously adhered to the legal directives.

In accordance with the 'The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations  1992,' Sky High Events & Group Travel are fully insured for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency on Sky High Events & Group Travel

A certificate detailing this cover will be given to each and every passenger as evidence of cover. Please ensure that you have been given the appropriate certificate(s) at the time of booking.

This insurance has been arranged by Towergate Chapman Stevens through IGI Insurance Company Limited.

Sky High Events and Group Travel are proud to be Retail Agents for the Global Travel Group, Air Travel Organiser's License number 3973. This means that Sky High Events & Group Travel is able to sell flights covered by Airline Failure Insurance. This has been arranged in association with Global Travel @ New College Durham. When you buy an ATOL protected flight from us you will receive a confirmation invoice and ATOL Receipt from us via our ATOL holder confirming your arrangements and your protection under our Air Travel Organiser's Licence number 3973. ATOL protected flights and Sky High Events & Group Travel packages are a separate entity. In the unlikely event of the insolvency of Global Travel @ New College Durham, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.
