Northumbria University already have a world-renowned reputation for high-performance Sports, and following the recent opening of a £30m elite sports facility in the heart of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, that reputation is only set to grow.

Northumbria already boasts an immaculate facility on the outskirts of the city that benefits from a range of grass pitches, changing rooms and a clubhouse, and with the opening of Sport Central, it now has an sporting armoury to rival any.

The facilities combined with our expertise in travel logistics mean we can put together an all inclusive package that takes care of accommodation, transport and the important training, that will offer huge pre-season benefits to our clients.

From the moment one of our coaches collects you from your school, you will live the life of a professional sportsman in training. Following arrival in Newcastle, you will be straight into the programme.

You will have daily access to all the facilities at the Universities brand new £30m Central Facility including expansive Strength and Conditioning facility, a huge Fitness Suite, a Six-Lane Swimming Pool and the immaculately kept University Rugby Pitches located in the backdrop of Kingston Park Stadium.

Remember, you are in charge of your training schedule. It is entirely up to the coaches and master in charge as to what you do, when, where and for how long.

You will be accommodated on a half-board basis at the newly opened EuroHostel in Newcastle - a venue which is redefining budget accommodation in Newcastle.

During the week, you will have the opportunity to make use of the facilities at the fantastic £30m Sport Central development at Northumbria University and have access to their excellent Rugby Pitches next to Kingston Park stadium.

For School U18 & U15 teams, the week can culminate at Tynedale Rugby Club. The scenic home of the National One side is the venue for the Tynedale Schools Tournament, one of the most respected and tightly contested Pre-Season Schools Tournament around. You will be joined by the top School teams from across the North East and Cumbria as well as other sides who have enjoyed the training programme alongside yourselves.
