Sports Tours in East London

The Eastern Cape is a place of rugged beauty. Its pristine coastline, virgin bush and sub-tropical forests exist as though untouched by time. It's the home of Africa's Big Five and South African surfing, and the birthplace of Nelson Mandela. It boasts many natural, historical and cultural attractions and activities.

East London is the second-largest city in the Eastern Cape and the beaches to the east of the town are beautiful, with long stretches of sand, high dunes and good swimming spots. This extremely pretty coastal city is unique because of the number of rivers that flow through it to the sea. The city's tourism industry has boomed over recent years, however, a decision to market the area as Buffalo City has caused much confusion amongst potential visitors.
