Girls Rugby Weekend

Newcastle Upon-Tyne | 10th-12th April 2020

Newcastle 10-12th April 2020

Sky High Sports are delighted to announce the launch of our first ever Girls Rugby Weekend which will take centre stage in Newcastle Upon-Tyne on the weekend of the 10th-12th April next year.

The inaugural event will reach its climax when teams from across the country will compete in a U13, U15 & U18 Girls Rugby Festival which will be staged at the magnificent grounds at Tynedale RFC.

This is an open invitation to all girls rugby teams looking to test themselves against some outstanding opposition from all over the UK, whilst enjoying a memorable rugby tour to the outstanding City of Newcastle Upon-Tyne.

Our female rugby expert & captain at Tyrrells Premiership Club Darlington Mowden Park Sharks, Mackenzie Thomas, has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to create the most memorable rugby experience possible for girls sides across the country.

It gives us great pleasure to announce that as part of the tour package your team will have the chance to undertake a guest coaching clinic with an England International (details to be revealed very shortly!).

Your side will also take to the field in an U13, U15 & U18 Rugby festival with teams competing in each age group.

The weekend will also include tickets to watch Tyrrells Premiership action between Darlington Mowden Park Sharks & Saracens at the Darlington Echo Arena.

*If your side isn't 'rugby'd' out; There are also additional options to add in an extra tour fixture, training session or even tickets to watch Newcastle Falcons vs Yorkshire Carnegie.

Newcastle is a fantastic City and has proven itself as one of the best rugby destinations. We can't wait to host you in what will be a great celebration of the growing strength of the women's game.

The tour package is now available to download and we would be delighted to answer any questions you may have about the weekend.

Please feel free to contact Mackenzie at mackenzie@skyhighsports.co.uk
